This is the latest news from onlinetoolshop.com.au. June was a crazy month; all hell broke loose out there on my rounds around the workshops in Perth. Had some tool kits going out and a lot of people wanting equipment before the end of financial year, so was rushed off my feet most days.
It was not just crazy out on the roads. It’s been one year since the site was launched and people started looking and buying tools from my little website. We have had almost twelve months of smooth sailing on the website but last month we hit some big waves. First we lost the SSL Certificate for a week (the site has always been secure, it just didn’t have the certificate for a few days). Then we had a couple of problems with our bandwidth, and finally our server had a breakdown. Why do these things always happen at once? All this meant that people could not place orders over part of June. Webfirm, my design and service provider, have been a great help over this time reprogramming some of the site and solving the other problems. Thanks to Tristan, Matt and all the staff at Webfirm for getting my little website back and working again. And a big THANK YOU to all my customers for your patience and loyalty.
