Orders:

Once we receive your order we will let you know when your tools will be dispatched. Most products are readily available and can be shipped very quickly. If we experience any unusual delays in obtaining stock, we will notify you so that you can decide whether to place the item on backorder. We will only charge your bank account or credit card after you have confirmed your order and your tools have been dispatched.

Delivery and freight charges:

At online toolshop, all of our prices include GST! All deliveries over $ 100.00 are free to any Australian capital city.

Postage & Handling charges will apply to the following:
Single delivery or combined orders over $ 100.00 to the one address Free to any Australian capital city.

Orders $75.00 and under ____________Freight/Postage & Handling charge $- 7.50
Orders $50.00 and under ____________Freight/Postage & Handling charge $- 10.00
Orders $25.00 and under ____________Freight/Postage & Handling charge $- 15.00

Mates Rates: If you and a mate order more than $ 100.00 worth of tools and have them shipped to a single address at the same time, then you both get Free delivery to any capital city in Australia. You will receive separate invoices. So talk to a friend or work mate about making an order today!

Additional freight charges apply outside metropolitan areas. If any additional charges are payable we will let you know by email and seek your authorisation before we finalise the purchase.

If you prefer to use a particular freight company, please let us know by phone (0407 272 508) or email at the time that you place your order. We can then arrange for the goods to be delivered by your preferred courier. You will need to pay the freight charges directly to the courier and we will reduce the cost of your order to take this into account.

Delivery Times:

We will get your order to you as quickly as we can. Small items that fit easily into airbags will usually arrive in just a few days, but large items may need to be sent by road and can take a bit longer . Please allow up to 7 to 10 working days for your tools to arrive at your door. We always do our best to get your new tools to you as soon as possible.

Returns:

If tools are defective when you receive them we will help you to arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Goods will need to be returned to the nearest supplier location. If goods are damaged in transit please advise us as soon as practical, and we will make arrangements to help you.

Please choose carefully before you buy as online toolshop cannot give refunds for goods returned because you have changed your mind. We are also unable to provide refunds for tools that have been sourced especially for you.

Warranty claims:

All of the tools that we sell are covered by a manufacturer‘s warranty. The guarantee period varies from six months to a lifetime warranty depending of the supplier and the manufacturer. Full details of the warranty offered on each tool are provided in the product descriptions. If a tool is defective and is covered under warranty, we will help you to arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

ABW Tools have limited warranty on certain items , these include Torque Wrenches , Digital Products , all products with a LCD Component , Analysis products and any product that requires calibration or frequent testing to ensure accuracy , all these known products in the ABW range are warrantable for 6 months only and must have proof of purchase attached to the claim.

All other ABW products come with standard 12 months warranty.

Stanley Australia manufactures and markets a range of premium quality professional hand tools and accessories, under the Stanley, Sidchrome and Bostich brands, which are guaranteed in accordance with the following:

All product is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials and will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

• This guarantee does not cover modified, abused, neglected or excessively worn product as a result of improper use.
• Torque Wrenches have a limited guarantee applicable to the torque mechanism (refer to details included with the product).
• Consumable items, such as trimming knives, drill points; surform blades, hacksaw blades, staples, nails or counter sinks, if they have been used are not subject to this guarantee.
• For expensive items that are defective but repairable, {such as mitre boxes, planes, bit braces, spiral ratchet screwdrivers, engineer’s levels and torque wrenches) it may only be necessary to replace a particular part. Where this is applicable only the required part will be replaced free of charge.
• The following is a list of those items which are repairable: socket ratchets. Flexbars, bit braces, hand drills, planes, mitre boxes, tapes, levels, engineers levels, torque wrenches, and pipe wrenches.
• For socket ratchets where fair wear and tear has occurred, the only options are to have It repaired or for the customer to purchase a new product.
• Any product subject to a guarantee claim, must be returned to the place of purchase. Upon acceptance of the claim, the product will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
• Reliance is placed on the product knowledge and judgment of STANLEY distributors and representatives to approve the replacement of defective product should it occur.
• This Guarantee is offered in addition to all statutory rights conferred on the consumer. It is also a term of the contract, that to the full extent permitted by the law: the liability of Stanley Australia for any breach of a condition or guarantee implied by law is limited to replacement of the product.
